to make up some of our daily
habits. As like-
- The outer food can’t be taken.
- A small amount of food to be taken several times a day.
- Eat more fat free milk, curd and sour.
- Some times to walk after dinner.
- Eat food good chew.
- Taking two hours to go to sleep after dinner.
- Forsake, sweets, cheeses, chocolate, etc.
- Try to eat at least one fruit or raw vegetables.
- Don’t take food go cart, stand or lie down.
- Eat a variety of foods mixed. Such as sour, solder, sweet, salty and bitter.
- If you get hungry late in the diet of five mix. As a result, there will be less to eat.
